This page lists the sub-processors Wagtails Private Markets Limited uses when processing personal data on behalf of clients under the Data Processing Schedule that forms part of our engagement letters. It is the current list referred to in Annex 3 of that Schedule.

We tell clients before we add or replace a sub-processor, as set out in clause 5.3 of the Schedule. Our privacy policy, at wagtails.co/privacy, describes the providers we use for data we hold in our own right.

CURRENT SUB-PROCESSORS

Our specialist collaborators, engaged under our Collaborator Framework Agreement. Used for carrying out the parts of an engagement assigned to them. Location: United Kingdom.

Supabase. Used for database and file storage for Nest, our engagement platform. Location: Republic of Ireland (AWS eu-west-1).

Lovable Labs Incorporated. Used for hosting and serving the Nest application. Location: United States, under the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Microsoft 365. Used for business email, calendar and document storage. Location: United Kingdom.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). Used for delivery of notification emails from Nest. Location: United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
